Marx, Darwin and Freud で「マルクス、ダーウィン、フロイト」です。
しばしば「近代の人間観を大きく変えた3人」として言及されますね。

are the three most crashing bores で「３大最もひどく退屈な人物」です。
of the Western World.「西洋世界の中で」
ここでの of は「範囲・集合の中で」という意味で、most などの最上級を受けて使われます。
例：the highest mountain of the world「世界で一番高い山」
crashing は「ひどく、途方もなく、全くの」という意味の強調表現の形容詞です。
bore はここでは名詞で「退屈な人、つまらない人、うんざりさせる人」
the three most ～ で「３大～」ですね。

Simplistic popularization of their ideas で「彼らの考えをあまりにも単純に大衆化したこと」です。
popularization は「大衆化、（人気が出るように）大衆ウケを狙うこと」です。
動詞形は popularize [ポ]ピュラライズ「大衆化する、世に広める、普及させる」です。
has thrust our world into ～ で「私たちの世界を～に押しやってしまった」です。
thrust は「ぐいっと押す」です。thrust ～ into … で「～を…に押し込む」
(into) a mental straitjacket で「精神的な拘束着（の中に）」です。
straitjacket は「拘束着、拘束衣」です。
もともと精神病院などで使われていた腕を縛って動けないようにする特殊な服のことです。
ここでは比喩的に使われて「自由を奪うもの」「がんじがらめにする規制や制度」です。
from which we can only escape で「そこから、私たちはやっと逃げ出せる」です。
from which ～ は、escape from ～ の from が関係代名詞 which の前に来た形。

つまり無秩序な暴力を使うしか抜け出す道がない、ということですね。
