アメリカ合衆国の著作家、随筆家エリザベス・ギルバートの言葉です。

Creativity itself doesn’t care at all about results – the only thing it craves is the process. Learn to love the process and let whatever happens next happen, without fussing too much about it. Work like a monk, or a mule, or some other representative metaphor for diligence. Love the work. Destiny will do what it wants with you, regardless.

で「創造性というものは、結果になどまるで興味がないのです。それが求めているのは、ただその過程だけです。その過程を愛することを学びましょう。そして、その先に何が起ころうとも、あまり気にしないこと。修道士のように――あるいはラバのように――ひたむきに働くのです。勤勉さを象徴する存在ならべつに何でもいいです。仕事そのものを愛するのです。運命は結局のところ、あなたに対して好きなように振る舞うのだから。」という意味になります。

エリザベス・ギルバートは少し前にTEDスピーチ「創造性をはぐくむには」でも取り上げたことがあります。

Creativity itself「創造性それ自体は」
doesn’t care at all about results「結果になどまるで興味がない」です。
creativity を擬人化（personification）した表現方法です。
care about ～ で「～に興味がある、大切に思う、大事に思う」です。
not ～ at all で「ちっとも～ない、全く～ない」という意味のコロケーション。
care at all about ～ の部分は前置詞が入り混じって一見すると混乱しそうですが、
care about の間に、at all が入り込んだ形です。

the only thing (that) it craves が主語で「それが欲するたった一つのものは」です。
it は creativity を指しています。
is the process. で「～はそのプロセス（過程）だ」です。

Learn to love the process で「そのプロセスを愛することを学びましょう」です。
つまりモノ造りの「過程、工程、プロセス」を楽しむ、ということですね。
and ～「そして～」
let whatever happens next happen, で「なんにせよ次に起こることを、起こるに任せる」です。
let ～ happen で「～を起こるに任せる、なるようにさせる」です。
～部分には、whatever happens next「次に起こること何でも」の名詞句が入った形です。
つまり、事の成り行きに任せる、ということですね。
, without fussing too much about it.「それについてあまり騒ぎ立てずに」です。
fuss about ～ で「～についてつまらないことで騒ぎ立てる」です。
make a fuss「（ささいなことについて故意に）大騒ぎをする」の言い回しもよく使われますね。
例：Don’t make a fuss over small things.「小さなことで大騒ぎしないで。」

Work like a monk,「修道僧のように仕事をしなさい」
, or a mule,「またはラバ（のように）」です。
mule は「ラバ」です。
donkey「ロバ」に似ていますが、ラバは雄ロバと雌馬のハイブリッドです。
mule は頑固で働き者のイメージです。
or ～「もしくは～」
some other representative metaphor for diligence.「勤勉を象徴する他の何らかの例え（のように）」です。
metaphor は「暗喩」です。何かを暗に例えたものです。
上記の monk も mule も一種の metaphor ですね。
representative で「象徴する、代表する」という意味の形容詞。
勤勉さを象徴する存在なら別に何でもいいというちょっと投げやりでユーモラスな言い回しです。

Love the work.「その仕事を愛しなさい。」

Destiny will do ～「運命はただ～をするものだ」
このように will は、物事の習性・習慣を表せます。
例：Oil will float on water.「油は水に浮くものだ。」
(do) what it wants with you,「運命があなたに望む（用がある）こと」です。
it は Destiny を指しています。
What do you want with me?「私に何の用？／私に何を望む？」というイディオム的な言い回しから来ています。
, regardless. は「なんにせよ、どのみち、何がどうであれ」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
