I got set up with a guy who I had no interest in, went to the pity date because my plans for that day feel through and well we end up doing it and ended up conceiving and now we have three kids and get married this weekend. Oops.
で「私はまったく興味のなかった男性を紹介されて、その日は予定がキャンセルになったので、まあかわいそうだからくらいの気持ちでデートに行ったんです。そしたら、まあ……関係を持ってしまって、妊娠してしまって……今では3人の子どもがいて、今週末に結婚します。やっちまった。」という意味になります。

I got set up with a guy who ～ で「私は～な男と会うように紹介された」です。
get set up with ～ で「～と（会う機会を）セットアップされる、紹介される」です。
どんな男（a guy）かというと、
(who) I had no interest in で「私が全く興味がない（男）」です。
have an interest in ～ で「～に興味がある」という意味のコロケーション。
no interest なので「興味がない」となります。
went to the pity date で「義理でデートに行った」です。
pity date は「相手がかわいそうだから行くデート」のこと。
pity [ピ]ティは「哀れみ」という意味の名詞です。
ここでは went to ～ となっていますが、date に行く場合は、went on ～ のほうがより自然です。
because ～「なぜなら～」
my plans for that day feel through で「その日の私のプランがキャンセルになった（から）」
feel through とあるのは fell through のスペルミスですね。
fall through で「（計画などが）キャンセルになる、流れる、不成立に終わる」です。
and well「そしたら、まあ」
we end up doing it で「私たちは一夜を共にすることになって」
時制を直して we ended up が正しいです。
end up ～ing で「最後には～することになる」
do it は「セックスする、エッチする」のちょっと遠まわしな言い方。
hook up などとも言えます。
and ended up conceiving で「そして妊娠することになった」です。
conceive は「妊娠する」という意味の動詞。
and now 「そして今」
we have three kids「子供が３人いる」
and ～「そして～」
get married this weekend.「今週末結婚する」です。
未来のことなので、are getting married this weekend の方が自然ですね。
Oops.「やっちゃった、あーあ」
