で「それから、冷蔵庫のところに行って、何か新しいものが入っていないか（10分前も見たのに、また）確認します。そのあと、YouTube の“無限ループ”にハマっていきます。最初はリチャード・フェインマンが磁石について語っている動画から始まり、かなり時間が経って、気づけば、ジャスティン・ビーバーの母親のインタビューを見ている、という感じです。」という意味になります。

Then we’re going to go over to the fridge, で「そのあと、私たちは冷蔵庫の方へ行くことになります」です。
be going to ～ で「～することになる」という意味。
話し言葉では、going to は ガナ（gonna）と発音します。
go over to ～ で「～の方へ出向いていく」という意味の言い回し。
fridge は「冷蔵庫（refrigeratorの短縮語）」です。
, to see if ～「～かどうかを確かめるために」
(if) there’s anything new in there「何か新しいものが中にある（かどうか）」
since 10 minutes ago.「10分前から、10分前以来」です。
10分前にも確認したのに、また確認する、ということです。

After that,「その後」
we’re going to go on a YouTube spiral で「私たちはYouTubeスパイラルに入ることになります」です。
go on ～ は、go on a trip, go on a binge などと同じ用法で、
「〜に入っていく、〜を始める、〜の旅に出る」 のイメージです。
spiral は「らせん、らせん状のもの」という意味から「どんどんエスカレートして止まらない流れ」という意味合い。
関係代名詞 that で繋げて、
that starts with ～「（そのスパイラルは）～で始まる」
videos of Richard Feynman「リチャード・フェインマンの動画」
talking about magnets「磁石について語っている（動画）」です。

説明不可能なことを聞かれた時の比喩としてよく引き合いに出されます。

ends much, much later with ～ で「ずーとずーと後で、～で終わる」です。
ends with ～ の間に、much, much later が入り込んだ形。
(with) us watching interviews で「私たちがインタービューを視聴することで（終わる）
(interviews) with Justin Bieber’s mom. で「ジャスティン・ビーバーのお母さんとの（インタビュー）」です。
us watching ～ の us は動名詞の意味上の主語になっています。
