で「『それには全部かなり時間がかかるから、今日はスケジュールに仕事をする余裕はなさそうだね。ごめん！』 さて、ここで何が起きているのでしょう？ “瞬間満足サル（Instant Gratification Monkey）”は、どう見てもハンドルを握らせたいタイプの奴ではありません。彼は“今、この瞬間”しか生きていないのです。」という意味になります。

All of that で「そのすべて」
be going to do ～ は近い未来の確定した予定を表し「～することになる」です。
take a while で「しばらく時間がかかる」という意味のコロケーションです。
, so ～「だから～」
we’re not going to really have room で「あまり余裕（空き）がないだろう」です。
have room で「余裕がある、空きがある」です。
on the schedule「スケジュール上に」
for any work「どんな仕事のためにも」
