Millennials are already one of the most charitable generations in history. In one year, three of four US millennials made a donation and seven out of ten raised money for charity. But it’s not just about money. You can also give time. I promise you, if you take an hour or two a week — that’s all it takes to give someone a hand, to help them reach their potential.

で「ミレニアル世代は、すでに歴史上もっとも慈善活動に積極的な世代の一つです。ある年には、アメリカのミレニアル世代の4人に3人が寄付をし、10人中7人がチャリティーのために資金集めを行っています。しかし大切なのはお金だけではありません。時間を与えることもできます。週に1〜2時間でいい ——それだけで誰かを助け、その人が持つ可能性を引き出す手助けができるのです。」という意味になります。

Millennials are already ～ で「ミレニアル世代はすでに～だ」
millennials で「ミレニアル世代」です。
1980年代初頭から1990年代半ばごろにかけて生まれた世代。10代からデジタル環境になじんだ初の世代に当たるのだそうです。
マーク・ザッカーバーグも1984年生まれでまさにミレニアル世代ど真ん中です。
one of the most charitable generations in history. で「歴史上で最も慈善活動に積極的な世代のひとつ」です。
one of the most ～ は最上級を少しマイルドにしたい時に使える便利な言い回しです。
charitable は「気前がいい、寛大な、慈善活動を行う」という意味の形容詞。

In one year,「ある年には」
three of four US millennials made a donation で「アメリカのミレニアル世代の4分の3が寄付を行った」
make a donation で「寄付する」という意味のコロケーション。
and ～「また～」
seven out of ten raised money for charity. で「10分の7が慈善活動のために資金集めをした」です。
raise money で「資金集めをする」です。
イベントを開催してその収益を寄付したり、募金活動やクラウドファンディングなどのことです。

But「でも～」
it’s not just about money.「それはお金に限ったことではない。」です。
be about ～ で「～が目的だ、～が必要だ、〜がテーマだ」という意味が作れます。
例：Science is about knowing.「科学の目的は知ることにある。」、Not everything is about money.「世の中、お金が全てではない。」

You can also give time.「自分の時間を差し出すこともできます。」

I promise you,～「～だと断言します、請け負います」です。
if you take an hour or two a week「もし週に１～２時間かければ」
that’s all it takes (to do ～)「～するのに必要なものはそれだけです」
take ～ は「～を要する、～がかかる」という意味になっています。
to give someone a hand,「誰かに手を貸す、人の役に立つ」です。
to help them reach their potential.「その人が持つ可能性に到達できるよう手助けするために」です。
help ～ do … で「～が…するのを助ける」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
