TED-Edより「先延ばし魔の頭の中はどうなっているか」です。
And to the Monkey, humans are just another animal species. You have to keep well-slept, well-fed and propagating into the next generation, which in tribal times might have worked OK. But, if you haven’t noticed, now we’re not in tribal times. We’re in an advanced civilization, and the Monkey does not know what that is.

But, if you haven’t noticed, now we’re not in tribal times. We’re in an advanced civilization, and the Monkey does not know what that is.
で「そしてモンキー（＝本能的な脳）にとって、人間はただの動物の一種にすぎないのです。よく眠り、十分に食べ、次の世代へと繁殖していればそれでいいのです —— 部族社会の時代なら、それでうまく回っていたかもしれませんが、みなさんも気づいていると思いますが、いま私たちは部族社会に生きているわけではありません。私たちは高度に発達した文明社会に生きています。そしてモンキーは、その文明というものが何なのかを理解していないのです。」という意味になります。

And ～「そして～」
to the Monkey,「モンキーにとって」
humans are just another animal species. で「人間も他と同じ動物の一種である」です。
just another ～ は「他と同じ、いつもと変わらない」という意味の言い回し。
例： just another day「普段と変わらない一日」
species は「（生物の）種、種類」です。
-s が付いていますが単数形で、複数形でも変化はしません。
例：a species「一種」、many species「複数の種」
You have to keep well-slept, well-fed で「よく寝て、十分に食べ続けなければならない」です。
well-fed の fed は feed「餌を与える」の過去分詞形です。
and propagating「そして繁殖し続けなければ」
into the next generation,「次の世代へと」です。
, which ～「そのことは～だ」
in tribal times「部族時代であれば」
might have worked OK. で「問題なくうまくいっていたかもしれない」
work OK で「問題なくうまくいく」です。
work well や work fine などとも言えます。
But, ～「しかし～」
if you haven’t noticed,「もしみなさん気付いてなかったら（ですが）」
now we’re not in tribal times.「今、私たちは部族時代にはいません。」
We’re in an advanced civilization,「私たちは高度な文明社会にいます。」
, and ～「そして～」
the Monkey does not know what that is.「モンキーはそれが何かを知りません。」です。
what that is. で「それが何か」という意味の名詞節になっています。
それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
And to the Monkey,
そしてモンキーにとって
humans are
人間は
just another animal species.
ただの動物の一種です
You have to keep
～し続けなければなりません
well-slept,
よく眠って
well-fed
よく食べて
and propagating
繁殖し（続けなければ）
into the next generation,

部族時代なら
might have worked OK.
うまくいったかもしれません
But,
しかし
if you haven’t noticed,
もし気付いてないかったら（ですが）
