Which is why we have another guy in our brain, the Rational Decision-Maker, who gives us the ability to do things no other animal can do. We can visualize the future. We can see the big picture. We can make long-term plans. And he wants to take all of that into account. And he wants to just have us do whatever makes sense to be doing right now.
で「だからこそ、私たちの脳の中には、もう一人の存在――理性的な意思決定者（Rational Decision-Maker）がいるのです。この存在のおかげで、私たちは他の動物にはできないことができるようになっています。私たちは未来を思い描くことができるし、物事を大きな全体像として捉えることもできる。さらに、長期的な計画を立てることもできる。そして彼（＝理性）は、そうしたすべてを考慮に入れたうえで、今この瞬間、状況を考えればやっているのが最も理にかなった行動を私たちに取らせようとするのです。」という意味になります。

Which is why ～ で「（そのことが）～する理由だ」という意味です。
which は前回の文を受けています。
通常であれば、カンマ（,）で繋げるところですが、ここでは話し言葉らしいイレギュラーで完全に分を区切っています。
(why) we have another guy in our brain, で「私たちが脳の中にもう一人持っている（理由だ）」です。
同格のカンマで繋げて、, the Rational Decision-Maker, で「（それは）理性的な意思決定者」です。
, who gives us the ability to ～ で「（その人は）私たちに～する能力を与えている」です。
どんな能力かというと、
(to) do things (which) no other animal can do. で「他のどんな動物もできないことを行う（能力）」です。
具体的にどんなことかというと、
We can visualize the future. で「私たちは未来を視覚化できる。」です。
visualize は「～を思い描く、視覚化する」です。
We can see the big picture. で「私たちは大局を見ることができる。」です。
big picture は「大きな絵」から「物事の大局、全体像」です。
We can make long-term plans. で「私たちは長期的な計画を立てることができる。」です。
make a plan で「計画を立てる」という意味のコロケーションです。
And ～「そして～」
he wants to ～「彼は～したいと考える」です。
he は the Rational Decision-Maker を指しています。
(to) take all of that into account.「それらすべてを考慮に入れ（たいと）」です。
all of that で「それら全て」
take ～ into account で「～を考慮に入れる」という意味の言い回し。
And ～「そして～」
he wants to ～「彼は～したいと考える」です。
(to) just have us do whatever ～ で「ただただ私たちにさせ（たいと）、～なことならなんでも」です。
have ～ do … で「～に…させる」という意味の使役動詞の用法ですね。
whatever は関係詞 what の仲間で、ever がついて「～なことならなんでも」という意味です。
(whatever) makes sense「理にかなっている（ことならなんでも）」
to be doing right now.「今すぐにでもやっていることが（理にかなっている）」です。
to do right now ではなく、現在進行形にしている理由は、
本当だったら今この瞬間やっているのが筋、というニュアンスを出すためです。
例：You should be eating more vegetables.「本当ならもっと野菜を食べるべきなのに（でもしてないよね。）」
それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

私たちの頭の中にもう一人いる（理由）

（つまり）合理的な意思決定者
who gives us
（彼は）私たちに～を与えている
the ability
