で「私たちは皆、誰かに手を差し伸べる時間をつくることができます。一人ひとりが自分の使命を追い求める自由を持てるようにしましょう。それは単に正しいことだからではありません。より多くの人が自分の夢を、価値ある何かへと形にできるようになれば、私たち全員にとってより良い社会になるからです。」という意味になります。

to give someone a hand.「誰かに手を貸すために」

Let’s give everyone the freedom で「全ての人に（～する）自由を与えましょう」
(freedom) to pursue their purpose「自分の目的を追いかける（自由を）」

not only because ～「～という理由だけでなく」
(because) it’s the right thing to do,「それが正しいことである（からだけでなく）」
, but because ～「～という理由でも」
when more people can turn their dreams into something great, で「より多くの人が自分の夢を素晴らしい何かに変えることができる時」
turn ～ into … で「～を…に変える」という意味のコロケーション。
, we’re all better for it.「私たち全員がそのためにより良くなる（から）」
all better for ～ で「～があるからより一層よくなる」という意味の慣用句。
例：I like him all the better for it.「それがあるからこそ彼のことが好きなのだ。」
