There is hardly anything in the world that some man cannot make a little worse and sell a little cheaper, and the people who consider price only are this man’s lawful prey.
で「世の中には、少しだけ質を落として、少しだけ安く売れないものはほとんど存在しない。そして、値段だけで判断する人たちは、こういう人にとっては“当然の獲物”なのである。」という意味になります。

There is hardly anything in the world (that) ～ で「世の中には～なものはほとんどない」です。
hardly は「ほとんど～ない」という意味です。
hardly anything は、almost nothing とも言い換えられます。
どんなものがほとんどないのかというと、
(that) some man cannot ～ で「誰かしらが～できない（もの）」です。
some man の some は単数の前に来て「（誰だか知らないが）どこかの～」という不特定・無関心さを表します。
ここではさらに一般化・典型化「（世の中には必ずいる）誰かしら」という意味が乗っています。
例：Some fool is born every minute.「いつの時代もカモは生まれる。」
make a little worse で「（それを）ほんの少し質を落として」
make ～ worse で「～を悪くする、劣化させる」です。
and sell a little cheaper, で「それを少し安く売る（ことができるもの）」です。
修辞的に二重否定を使って肯定を表して回りくどい言い方ですが、
つまり、世の中のほぼ全てのものは質を落として安く売ることができる、ということですね。
and ～「そして～」
the people who consider price only が主語で「価格だけを考慮する人々」です。
値段しか見ていない人、です。
are this man’s lawful prey.「このような人の当然のカモである」です。
this man は先ほどの some man を指しています。
lawful prey で「合法的な餌食」ですが、lawful は「当然の、騙されて当たり前の」という意味合い。
prey プレイは「餌食、犠牲、被害者」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

世の中には～なものはほとんどない

誰かが～できないもの

make a little worse
少し質を落として

安く売れ（ないもの）
