Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei で「アンソロピック社のCEOダリオ・アモデイ氏」です。
Anthropic は「人類の」という意味がありますが、ここでは社名です。
CEO は Chief Executive Officer「最高経営責任者」を意味します。
said Thursday that ～ で「木曜日に、～と発言した」
the artificial intelligence company cannot in good conscience accede to ～ で「そのAI企業（である同社）は、良心に照らせば、～には応じられない」です。
the artificial intelligence company は Anthropic の言い換え表現（パラフレーズ）になっています。
cannot accede to ～ で「～に応じられない」
