And the Monkey said, “Totally agree, but let’s just open Google Earth and zoom in to the bottom of India, like 200 feet above the ground, and scroll up for two and a half hours til we get to the top of the country, so we can get a better feel for India.”

で「するとモンキーはこう言いました。『まったく同感。でもさ、Google Earth を開いて、インドの一番南の端を地上から200フィートくらいの高さまでズームして、そこから国の一番上まで、2時間半くらいかけてずーっとスクロールしてみようよ。そうすればインドの感じがもっとよく分かるはずだ。』」という意味になります。

And the Monkey said,「するとモンキーがこう言いました、」
“Totally agree,「全く同感だ」
but ～「でも～」
let’s just open Google Earth で「とりあえず Google Earthを開こう」です。
let’s open ～ で「～を開こう」ですが、just が付いて「とりあえず開こう、まずは開こう」
「余計なことを省いてまずは～」というニュアンスです。
例：Let’s just ask him.「とりあえず彼に聞いてみよう。」
and ～「そして～」
zoom in 「ズームインして（みよう）」
to the bottom of India,「インドの最南端に」です。
bottom は「底、下部」ですが、ここでは地図を見てるコンテキストなので「インドの下の方（南）」です。
, like ～「だいたい～」
200 feet above the ground,「地上から200フィートくらい（にズームインして）」
like ～ は「～などの、～といった」という意味ですが、ここでは会話文で「だいたい～」という意味で使われています。
例：There were like 50 people.「だいたい、50人くらいいた。」
, and ～「そして～」
scroll up for two and a half hours「上にスクロールしよう、２時間半」
scroll up はグーグルアースの地図上をスクロールアップするということですね。
for two and a half hours で「２時間半のあいだ」です。
til ～「～するまで」
til は until の口語での省略形。
we get to the top of the country, で「その国の最北端に着く（まで）」です。
the top of the country で「インドの一番上」です。
get to ～ で「～に着く、到達する」です。
, so we can ～「～できるように」
get a better feel for India.”「インドの雰囲気をより感じられるように」です。
get a better feel for ～ で「～の感覚をより掴める」という意味の言い回し。
実際に体験したり、詳しく見聞きしたりして、現実的なものとして感じ取る、といった意味合いですね。
例：develop a feel for color で「色彩感覚を養う」
例：We need a better feel for the market.「市場の感覚をもっと掴む必要がある。」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

完全に同意、でも

とりあえずグーグルアースを開いて

and zoom in
ズームインしてみよう

to the bottom of India,
インドの最南端に

like 200 feet above the ground,
だいたい地上２００フィートくらいに

til we get to the top of the country,
インドの一番上まで到達するまで

so we can get a better feel for India.”
もっとインドの感覚をもっと掴めるように

今度は「頭の中で」一行ずつ日本語に訳しながら…

次はいちいち日本語に訳さずに読んでみましょう。

では最後に日本語に訳さずにこの文章の情景を思い浮かべられるようになるまで繰り返し読んでみてください。目を閉じて暗唱できるようになったら完璧です。
