Do not let your fire go out, で「あなたの炎を消してはいけない」です。
let ～ do … で「～に…させる、…することを許す」です。
go out はここでは「火が消える」です。
例：The fire is going out.「火か消えかけている。」
, spark by irreplaceable spark は、「かけがえのない火花を一つずつ」です。
spark by spark で「火花ひとつずつ」という意味の副詞句。
これに形容詞 irreplaceable が付いた形です。
例：step by step「一歩ずつ」、drop by drop「一滴ずつ」
in the hopeless swamps of ～ で「～の希望なき沼の中で」
何の沼かというと、
(of) the not-quite, the not-yet, and the not-at-all. で「そこまででもない、まだだ、全くない、（などの沼）」です。
否定表現に the をつけて名詞化した形ですね。
not quite は「そこまででもない、微妙に～ない」という意味合い。
例：not quite understand ～「～を完全には理解していない、今ひとつわからない」

the hero in your soul で「あなたの魂の中の英雄」
perish は「死ぬ、完全に滅びる」という意味の動詞。die よりも文学的な響きです。
in lonely frustration for ～ で「～への孤独な苛立ちの中で」です。
(for) the life (that) you deserved で「あなたが手に入れるはずだった人生」です。
deserve ～ で「～を受けるに値する、～にふさわしい」という意味の動詞。
例：He deserves the award.「彼はその賞を受けるにふさわしい。」
and ～「また～」
have never been able to reach. で「あなたがまだ到達できていない（人生）」です。
The world you desire can be won. で「あなたが望む世界は勝ち取ることができる。」
The world (that) you desire で「あなたが切望する世界」
It exists..「それは存在する」
it is real..「それは実在する」
it is possible..「それは可能だ」
it’s yours.「それはあなたのものだ」です。
それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
