Where are you, Agnes? 「アグネス、どこにいるかな？」

She spent her childhood で「彼女は子供時代を過ごしました。」
navigating conflict zones in Uganda,「ウガンダの紛争地帯の危険をかいくぐりながら」です。
spend ～ …ing で「…しながら～を過ごす」という意味のコロケーション。
navigate ～ は「～を航海する」という意味の動詞ですが、ここでは「難しい状況をうまく切り抜ける、複雑な状況をうまく渡っていく」という意味合いです。
, and now 「そして今～」
she trains thousands of law enforcement officers「彼女は数千人の法執行機関の職員たちを訓練している。」
to keep communities safe.「地域社会の安全を守るために」
law enforcement officer は狭義では「警察官」。広く警察関係者を指します。
law「法律」を enforce「執行する」
例：law enforcement agency「法執行機関」

, graduating today, too.「（彼らも）同じく本日卒業する」
Stand up.「立ってください。」

Kayla and Niha started a non-profit「ケイラとニハはNPOを始めました」
a non-profit は non-profit organization（NPO）「非営利団体」のことですね。
that connects ～ with … 「（そのNPO）は～を…とつなげる」
(connects) people suffering from illnesses with ～ で「病気で苦しんでいる人々を～と（繋げる）」
suffer from ～ で「～で苦しむ、～を患う」という意味のコロケーションです。
people suffering from illnesses で「病気を患う人々」
(with) people in their communities で「彼らの地域社会の人々（と）」
their は上記の people suffering from illnesses を指しています。
(people) willing to help.「助けようと思っている人々」です。
be willing to do ～ で「～する意思がある、～してもよいと思っている」です。
