これは男性への調査結果ですね。
A number of this survey’s respondents が主語で「この調査の回答者の多くが」となります。
a number of ～ は「多くの、たくさんの～」という意味の言い回しです。
number は「数、数字」ですが、この言い回しの場合は慣用的に「多くの～」という意味になります。
respondent は「調査などの回答者、応答者」という意味の名詞です。
例：a small sample of respondents「少数のサンプル回答者」
they’d feel awkward with ～ で「彼らは～に抵抗を感じる（だろう）」です。
they’d は they would の略です。「（もしそうだったら）～だろう」という意味合いです。
feel awkward with ～ で「～に抵抗を感じる、～に対してバツが悪い」という意味です。
awkward は「ぎこちない、きまりが悪い、不器用な」という意味で、イメージは「不器用だったり下手だったりして恥ずかしい気持ち」です。
例：awkward silence「気まずい沈黙」、awkward question「答えにくい質問」
a girlfriend with a more extensive between-the-sheets resume で「より豊富なセックスの経験を持った彼女」となります。
a girlfriend with ～ の with は「～を持った」という意味の前置詞です。
例：killer with a chainsaw「チェーンソーを持った殺人者」
a more extensive between-the-sheets resume は直訳すると「より豊富なセックスの履歴書」です。
extensive は「（品ぞろえなどが）豊富な、広範囲な、大規模な、大々的な」という意味の形容詞です。
元の意味は「広い」です。
between-the-sheets は「シーツ（ベッド）の中の」という意味で「セックス」の隠語です。
resume レジメイは「経歴書、履歴書」という意味の名詞です。
例：My resume is enclosed.「履歴書を同封させていただきます。」
