riot [ラ]イオトゥで「暴動」です。

after ～「～の後で」という意味の接続詞。
Persebaya from the provincial capital of Surabaya が主語になって「ペルセバヤ、州都スラバヤ市の」です。
Persebaya はサッカーのチーム名です。
the provincial capital of Surabaya「州都のスラバヤ市」です。
beat「～を破る、～に勝つ」です。
beat は過去形が現在形と同じになる動詞です。ここでは過去形になっています。

何に勝ったかというと、
(beat) Arema FC from Malang で「マランのアレマFCに（勝った）」です。

prompting ～ 以降は分詞構文で「（そのことが）～を刺激して」と繋がります。
prompt は「～を刺激して促す」という意味の動詞です。
ここでは、prompt ～ to do … の形で「～を刺激して…させる」という意味の言い回しになっています。
例：prompt someone to listen「（人に）聞くように促す」
