で「多くの西洋諸国では、歯並びの悪さは欠点であり、ほとんどの人がきれいに並んだ白い歯が理想的と考えます。」という意味になります。

crooked teeth で「歯並びの悪い歯」となります。
反意語は、straight teeth「まっすぐに並んだ歯」です。
crooked クルーキドゥは「ねじれた、ゆがんだ」という意味の形容詞です。
例：make a crooked face「顔をしかめる」、His teeth are crooked.「彼は歯並びが悪い」
crook クルックで心のねじれた人という意味から「悪党、ペテン師、泥棒」などという意味になります。

are seen as imperfections で「～は欠点とみなされる」です。
seen as ～ で「～として見られる、～とみなされる」です。
imperfection は「欠点、欠陥、不完全さ」です。
im-（否定の接頭辞）+ perfection「完全」です。

most people consider a straight set of pearly whites ideal で「きれいに並んだ白い歯を理想的だとほとんどの人は考える」です。
consider ～ … で「～を…だと考える、～を…だとみなす」です。
この場合は、a straight set of pearly whites「きれいに並んだ白い歯」が ideal「理想的」だと consider「みなす」となります。
a straight set of pearly whites は「白い歯がきれいに並んでいること、歯並びの良い白い歯」という意味の慣用句です。
pearly whites で「白い歯」という意味の慣用句です。
例：teeth-straightening「歯列矯正」
