主語は、

「最近の論争、セブンイレブンとフランチャイズ店舗の一つとの間での」です。
dispute は「論争、口論、議論、紛争」という意味の名詞です。
例：dispute with neighboring countries「隣国との紛争」

Co.は Company の略で、読み方は「カンパニー」か「コウ」と読みます。
one of its franchise stores で「同社のフランチャイズ店舗の一つ」です。

例：economic crunch「経済的危機」、fiscal crunch「財政危機」、job crunch「就職難」
