There’s always pressure, from other people and yourself. If you’re happy with the looks you’re born with, then what are you going to do your whole life? We keep thinking up new things and finding better ways of doing things because we’re not happy with what we’re given.
で「常にプレッシャーはある、他人からも自分自身からも。もしあなたが生まれ持っての自分の容貌に満足だったら、人生で何をするというの？私たちは与えられたものに満足できないからこそ、新しいことを考えついたり、より良い方法を見つけたりするのよ。」という意味になります。

There’s always pressure, from other people and yourself. で「常にプレッシャーはある、他人からも自分自身からも」です。
from other people「他の人から」と from yourself「自分自身から」です。

If you’re happy with the looks you’re born with, then what are you going to do your whole life? で「もしあなたが生まれ持っての自分の容貌に満足だったら、あなたの全人生で何をするというの？」です。
自分の美貌に完全に満足だったら、人生、何をするというの？（誰だって何もする気が起きないよ。）
という意味の反語表現ですね。
you are happy with ～ で「～に満足している」という意味の表現です。
例：happy with one’s job「自分の仕事に満足してる」
何に満足しているかというと、
the looks you’re born with で「あなたが持って生まれたその容貌」です
looks は「容貌、顔貌、外観」という意味です。
be born with ～ で「～を持って生まれる」ですね。
then what are you going to do your whole life? で「（だったら）あなたの全人生であなたは何をするというの？」です。

なぜなら、

We keep thinking up new things and finding better ways of doing things で「私たちは～し続ける、新しいことを考えついたり、より良い方法を見つけ出したり」です。
keep ～ing で「～し続ける」という意味になります。
think up ～ で「～を考えつく」です。
例：think up a good idea 「良いアイデアを考えつく」
ways of doing things は「物事のやり方」という意味の慣用句です。

because we’re not happy with what we’re given. で「私たちは自分に与えられたものに満足していないから（こそ）」です。
what we’re given で「私たちが与えられたもの」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

もし～に満足だったら

the looks you’re born with,
