Breitbartという有名な右寄りウェブメディアがShopify上でネットショップを開設したときに、Shopify はそのストアを強制閉鎖することを拒否し、世間から批判を受けた時のコメントのようです。

Commerce is a powerful, underestimated form of expression. で「商品の売り買いは、強力だが、過小評価された意思表示の形だ。」です。
underestimated アンダ[エ]スティメイティドで「過小評価された、低く見積もられた」という意味の形容詞です。
a form of expression は「意思表示の一形態」です。
expression は「表情、感情の表出、表現方法」という意味の名詞です。
ここでは「意思表示」という意味です。
ex-（外に）＋ press（押し出す）

We use it to cast a vote with every product we buy. で「私たちはそれを使っている、一票を投じるために、購入する一つ一つの商品で」です。
要は商品を購入することで投票しているのと同じだといういことですね。
We use it の it は commerce を指しています。
cast a vote は「票を投じる」という意味の言い回しです。
cast は「投げる、投げかける」という意味の動詞です。

It’s a direct expression of democracy. で「それは全くの民主主義の意思表示だ」です。
direct は「直接的な、まっすぐな、率直な、全くの」という意味です。

This is why our mission at Shopify is ～ で「これが、私たちShopifyでのミッションが～である理由だ」です。
This is why ～ は「それこそが～である理由なのだ」という意味の言い回しです。

どんなミッションなのかというと、
to protect that form of expression and make it better で「保護すること、そのような意思表示の形式を、そして、それをより良いものにすること」です。
protect ～ で「～を保護する、～を守る」です。

for everyone, not just for those we agree with. で「すべての人にとって、自分たちと同じ考え方の人だけじゃなく」です。
for ～, not just for … で「…だけのためじゃなく、～のために」となります。
those we agree with で「私たちが賛同する人たち」です。
agree with ～ で「～に賛成する、～に同意見である」となります。
those は those people の略で「（それらの）人たち」という意味です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
