ABCより。英エリザベス女王死去とチャールズ英国王の初めての演説に関するニュースより引用です。

“My life will, of course, change as I take up my new responsibilities. It will no longer be possible for me to give so much of my time and energies to the charities and issues for which I care so deeply. But, I know this important work will go on in the trusted hands of others,” the king later said.

But, I know this important work will go on in the trusted hands of others,” the king later said.
で「『この新しい責任を引き受ければ、もちろん私の生活は変わることになるでしょう。私が心から案じてるチャリティーや諸問題などに時間とエネルギーを注ぐことはもはやできなくなるでしょう。しかしそのような重要な仕事はきっと誰か他の人の手によって引き継がれることでしょう。』と国王は後に語った。」という意味になります。

My life will, of course, change で「私の生活は、もちろん、変化するでしょう」です。
will change の間に of course が挿入されています。
as I take up my new responsibilities. で「私が～を引き受けると、私の新しい責任を」です。
as ～ は「～したとき、～しつつ、～しながら、～すると」という意味の接続詞。基本イメージは【同時】です。
take up ～ で「（義務や仕事など）～に取り掛かる、～を引く受ける」という意味の句動詞。
my new responsibilities はチャールズ皇太子が新国王に就任することを指してですね。

It will no longer be possible で「～はもはや可能ではないだろう」です。
it is ～ for … to do … の文型で、
for me to give ～ to … で「私が、…に～を与えること（は、もう不可能だろう）」です。
何を何に与えるのかというと、
give so much of my time and energies to the charities and issues で「私の時間とエネルギーのかなり多くを、チャリティー活動や問題に」です。
give one’s time to ～ で「～に時間を割く」という意味のコロケーション。
so much of ～ で「～の大半、～のかなりの量、それほど多くの～」
(so much of) my time and energies で「私の時間と活力（の大半を）」となります。
何に時間と活力を掛けられなくなるのかというと、
to the charities and issues で「慈善活動や諸問題に」です。
どんな「慈善活動や諸問題」なのかというと、関係代名詞節で後ろから説明が入ります。
for which I care so deeply. で「私がとても深く心配している（慈善活動や諸問題）」です。
for which は前置詞を伴った関係代名詞の用法です。

care for ～ の for が which の前に持ってこられた形ですね。
care for ～ は「世話をする、介護する」という意味以外にも「～を案ずる、～が気になる、大事に思う」という意味があります。
例：I care for my wife.「私は妻を愛している（大事に思っている）。」

But, I know (that) ～「しかし、私は～だと知っている」です。
know は「知っている」という意味でも問題ないですが、今回のような場合は「～が間違いないと思う、きっとそうだと思う」という意味の方がしっくりきます。
this important work will go on で「このような大事な仕事は継続されるでしょう」です。
go on で「つづく、存続する」です。
in the trusted hands of others, で「信用のある他の人の手の中で」です。
in good hands「安泰で」というイディオムがあるのでそれの応用系と考えてもいいかと思います。
例：You’re in good hands.「安心してお任せください。」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

“My life will, of course, change
私の生活はもちろん変わるでしょう

as I take up my new responsibilities.
この新しい責任を請け負ったら

It will no longer be possible
～はもう不可能になるでしょう

for me to give
～に…を割くことは

so much of my time and energies
私の時間とエネルギーの大半を

慈善活動や諸問題には

for which I care so deeply.

But, I know

今度は「頭の中で」一行ずつ日本語に訳しながら…
