Today, I was using the restroom at a gas station when someone hurriedly knocked on the door. Thinking that it was my sister, I playfully said, “Hold up, hoe!” I opened the door to see a goth woman with an edgy haircut giving me a death stare. FML
で「今日、ガソリンスタンドでトイレに入ってたら誰かが大慌てでドアをノックした。姉（or妹）だと思って、私はふざけて“待ちな、あばずれ！”と言った。ドアを開けてみたら、エッジーヘアでゴス系ファッションの女性が私を怖い目で睨みつけていた。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I was using the restroom at a gas station で「ガソリンスタンドでトイレに入っていた」ですね。
「トイレに入る」は use a restroom と言います。
例：May I use the restroom?「トイレを借りてもいいですか？」

when someone hurriedly knocked on the door で「そうしたら誰かが大急ぎでドアをノックした」です。
when の使い方に注意しましょう。
会話文などでは、このように「そうしたら～」という意味合いで使われることがよくあります。

Thinking that it was my sister は分詞構文で「それは私の姉であると思った（ので）」という意味です。

I playfully said, “Hold up, hoe!” で「私はふざけて“待ちやがれあばずれ！”と言った」という意味です。
hoe は whore と同じ意味で「売春婦、娼婦」という意味です。

I opened the door to see ～ で「ドアを開けてみたら～だった」という意味になります。

a goth woman with an edgy haircut で「ゴス系ファッションでエッジーヘアの女性」という意味です。
goth と edgy haircut は画像を見て確認してみてください。こんな感じです。
