Today, I have been saving up for an overseas trip next year. My dad has offered to completely pay for my sister to go as well, despite if I want to bring her or not. FML
で「今日、来年の海外旅行のために私は貯金をしてきたが、うちの父が、妹が同様に海外に行くためのお金を全部払ってあげると言った。私が彼女を連れていきたいかどうかは関係なく。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I have been saving up for an overseas trip next year で「来年の海外旅行のために私は貯金をしてきた」です。
save up は「お金を貯める」という意味の句動詞です。
例：save up for a rainy day「まさかの時のために貯金する」
overseas trip は「海外旅行」です。
overseas は -s が付いていますが単数扱いで「海外、海外の、海外で」という意味になります。
例：work overseas「海外で働く」

My dad has offered to completely pay for my sister to go as well で「父が、妹が同様に海外に行くためのお金を全部払ってあげると言った」です。
offer to ～ で「～してあげると言う、～することを申し出る」です。
何をしてあげるのかというと、
completely pay for my sister to go as well で「私の妹が同じく（海外に）行くためのお金を全額払う」です。
completely pay で「全額支払う」です。
for my sister「妹が」、to go as well「私と同じく（海外に）行くために」です。
as well は「同じく、同様に」という意味になります。

despite if I want to bring her or not で「私が彼女を連れていきたいかどうかは関係なく」です。
despite は「～をよそに、～にもかかわらず」という意味です。
if ～ or not で「～するかしないか」という意味の言い回しです。
例：I don’t know if this is true or not.「これが本当かウソかはわからない。」
bring ～ は「～を連れて行く」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
