で「今日、ゴス系の16歳の女の子がパン切り包丁で、私から金を奪おうとした。何度もやめろと警告した後に、彼女の顔にパンチした。彼女は泣きながら走り去って警察に通報した。警察は私の言い分を信じてくれない。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

a gothic 16-year-old with a bread knife で「パン切り包丁を持ったゴス系の16歳の女の子」です。
gothic ゴス系とはこんな感じのファッションですね。

16-year-old で「16歳（の人）」という意味になります。
with a bread knife で「パン切ナイフを持った」という意味になります。

tried to mug me で「私から金を奪おうとした」です。
mug ～ は「～を襲って金を奪う、強奪する」という意味の動詞です。
例：mugger「路上強盗」、get mugged「強奪される」、I was mugged.「強盗にあった」

After warning her to back off multiple times, I punched her in the face. で「何度も下がれと警告した後で、彼女の顔にパンチをした」です。
warn ゥオーンで「警告する」です。
warn ～ to do で「doするように警告する」となります。
back off は「後ろに下がる、引っ込む」という意味の句動詞です。
例：Back off!「引っ込んでろ！」
I punched her in the face で「彼女の顔を殴った」です。
punch ～ in … で「～の…の部分を殴る」という意味で、よく使われる形です。
例：kicked someone in the butt「尻を蹴とばす」

She ran off crying and reported me to the police で「彼女は泣きながら走り去って警察に通報した」です。
run off は「走り去る」です。
back off と同じく、off には（離れる）という意味があるので、run off だと「走ってその場を離れる」となります。

They don’t believe my side of the story で「私の言い分を警察は信じない」です。
one’ side of the story で「（事件事故などの）人の言い分、人から見ての話し」という意味になります。
