Today, after spending 12 hours desperately searching everywhere I could think of, I’m forced to admit I left my wedding ring in the bathroom of the hotel suite we just spent our honeymoon in, on the literal other side of the planet. I am a dead man. FML
で「今日、思いつく限りのところを12時間必死に探した後、私は認めざるをえない。結婚指輪を新婚旅行で行ったホテルのスイートルームのバスルームに置いてきたことを。文字通り地球の裏側にある。終わった。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。
after spending 12 hours desperately searching で「必死の捜索で12時間を費やした後」です。
searching everywhere I could think of で「私が考え付くあらゆる場所を探す」です。
think of で「～を考え付く、思いつく」という意味の言い回しです。
everywhere I could think of なので「考え付くすべての場所」となります。
I’m forced to admit で「～を認めざるを得ない」です。
admit は「認める」です。
be forced to ～ で「～せざるをえない」という意味になります。
force は「～を強いる」なので、
be forced で「～を強いられる、～をするしかない」となります。
何を認めざるを得ないのかというと、
I left my wedding ring in the bathroom of the hotel suite we just spent our honeymoon in で「新婚旅行を過ごしたホテルのスイートのバスルームに結婚指輪を置いてきた」ことです。
left は leave の過去形で「～を置いていく」です。
my wedding ring で「結婚指輪を」です。
in the bathroom of the hotel suite で「ホテルのスイートのバスルームに」です。
スイートルームは和製英語で、hotel suite と言います。
on the literal other side of the planet. で「文字通り地球の裏側の」です。
on the other side of ～ で「～の反対側」という意味の言い回しです。
literal は「文字通りの」という意味。
planet は「惑星」ですが、the planet で「地球」のことになります。
I am a dead man は直訳では「私は死人だ」ですが、
「死んだも同然だ、人生終わった」と言った意味合いの言い回しです。
それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

12時間を過ごした後

あらゆる場所を必死に探したあと
I could think of,
