で「LINE株式会社は新サービスを発表した。信用スコアサービスからAI型ロボット受付まで。日本で優勢のメッセージング・プラットフォームを運営するLineは、チャット以外でもサービスの幅を広げようとしている。」という意味になります。

Line Corp. has unveiled new services, で「LINE社は新サービスを公表した」となります。
unveil [ア]ンヴェイォは「ベールをとる」から「公表する、公にする」という意味の動詞です。

from credit scoring to an AI-powered robot receptionist, で「信用スコアからAIロボット受付まで」です。
from ～ to … の形です。
credit scoring は最近注目されだしたビッグデータ活用サービスで、
ユーザーの信用情報をスコアリングし様々なサービス上で利用するというもの。
中国では、EC利用や婚活サービスでもこの信用スコアが重視されているようです。
AI-powered robot receptionist とは、AIを利用したロボット受付です。
AI-powered で「AI式の」という意味の言い回しです。
例：atmic-powered submarine「原子力潜水艦」
receptionist は「受付、フロント係」という意味の名詞ですね。
さて、AI は何の略だったでしょうか？
答えは今日のつぶやきで。

as the operator of Japan’s dominant messaging platform seeks to expand beyond chat. で「日本で最も有力なメッセージプラットフォームの運営者であるLINEは、チャットサービス以外にも手を広げようとしていく中で」という意味です。
as ～ はこの場合は「～する中で、～しつつも」という意味の接続詞ですね。
the operator of Japan’s dominant messaging platform までが主語です。
「日本の優勢なメッセージプラットフォームのその運営事業者」です。
the operator「その運営事業者」と the が付いているので、前述の言い換えであることが分かります。
この場合は Line Corp. を言い換えている表現ですね。
Japan’s dominant messaging platform で「日本の有力なメッセージプラットフォーム」です。
dominant は「支配的な、支配力を持つ、優勢な、主要な」という意味の形容詞です。
動詞形は dominate [ド]ミネイトゥで「支配する、権勢をふるう」です。
messaging platform とは「チャットサービス」のことですね。
platform は「サービス・プラットフォーム」のことです。
messaging はチャットです。日本ではチャットアプリと言いますね。
seeks to expand beyond chat で「チャットサービスを超えて発展しようとする」です。
expand beyond ～ で「～を超えて広げる、～から抜け出して発展させる」です。
beyond ～ は「～の域を超えて」という意味の前置詞です。
例：This is beyond human understanding.「これは人類の理解を超えている」
