Today, an old lady came up to me and asked me to break a fifty for her. I gave her two twenties and a ten. I later used the fifty. It was counterfeit. I was conned by a pensioner. FML
で「今日、老婦人が近づいてきて50ドル札を両替してくれないかと頼んできた。私は彼女に20ドル札2枚と10ドル札1枚を渡した。私が後でその50ドル札を使った。それは偽物だった。私は年金受給者にまんまと騙された。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

an old lady came up to me で「老婦人が私に近づいてきた」です。
come up to ～ で「～に近づいてくる、～に向かってくる」という意味の句動詞（phrasal verb）です。
例：come up to the fire「火の近くへ寄る」

and asked me to break a fifty for her で「そして私の頼んだ、50ドル札を崩すようにと、彼女のために」です。
ask ～ to … で「～に…するように頼む」となります。
break は「壊す」という意味から、「お金を崩す、両替する」という意味もあります。
break a fifty なので「50ドル札を（小さな通貨に）崩す」という意味です。

I gave her two twenties and a ten. で「私は彼女に渡した、2枚の20ドル札と1枚の10ドル札を」です。

I later used the fifty. で「私は後にその50ドル札を使った」です。
It was counterfeit. で「それは偽物だった」となります。
counterfeit カウンターフィトゥで「偽物、偽造品」という意味の名詞です。
動詞・形容詞としても使えます。
例：counterfeit a passport「パスポートを偽造する」、a counterfeit card「偽造カード」

I was conned by a pensioner. で「私は年金受給者にまんまと騙された」です。
be conned で「ペテンに合う、まんまと騙される」という意味の言い回しです。
con で「～をだます、～をペテンにかける」という意味の動詞です。
例：Have you ever been conned?「詐欺に遭ったことはありますか？」、get conned「だまされる、詐欺にあう」
pensioner は「年金受給者」という意味の名詞です。
pension で「年金」です。
例：live on pension「年金で暮らす」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
