で「テスト導入は、東京の厳選されたファミリーマートで、この夏に開始する予定だ。2020年までには20店舗で、ロボットに商品補充させる状態にすることが目標で、このテストが良い結果を生めば、さらなる拡大も目指している。」という意味になります。

コンビニのロボット導入に関する記述です。

Test installations are scheduled to start this summer で「テスト導入は予定されている、開始すると、この夏に」です。
test installation で「テスト導入、テスト設置」です。
installation は「導入、設置、取付」という意味の名詞です。
動詞形は install インストーォ「導入する、インストールする」です。
be scheduled to ～ で「～することが予定されている」となります。
be planned to ～ や、be slated to ～ などとも言い換えられます。

at select FamilyMart locations in Tokyo, で「選ばれたファミリーマートの場所で、東京都内の」です。
select はこの場合は形容詞で「選ばれた、厳選された」という意味になります。
selected とも言えますね。

with the goal of ～ で「～という目標を持って、～を目指して」という意味になります。
with the aim of ～ とも言えます。

どんな目標かというと、
having robots stocking shelves in 20 branches by 2022 で「ロボットたちに商品補充させること、20店舗で、2022年までに」です。
have robots stocking shelves で「ロボットたちに商品補充させる」となります。
have は使役動詞で、have ～ do (doing) で「～に…させる」となります。
使役動詞の後には、動詞原型が来ることが多いですが、このように～ing形が来る場合もあります。
have ～ …ing は「～させている」と「進行中」のことを言いたい時に使われます。
ですので、この場合の訳としては「ロボットたちが商品補充している状態にする」という感じです。
stock shelves で「商品棚を補充する」です。
stock shelves (with products) と考えるとしっくりきますね。
例：Stock the refrigerator with milk.「冷蔵庫に牛乳を入れる。」

and further expansion after that, で「そしてさらなる拡大、その後に」です。
(with the goal of) further expansion と繋がります。

if the trials yield positive results. で「もしそのテストが良い結果を生めば」となります。
yield は「降伏する、譲る、生産する、利益・配当」など、いろいろ意味がありますが、
この場合は「結果を生む、成果を出す」という意味です。
例：yield a desired result「望ましい結果をもたらす」
