So,「ですので、というわけで」
it’s not that ～ で「～というわけではない」です。
Grizmo hates your couch, chair, ottoman, pillows, curtains, で「グリズモちゃんがあなたのソファーや椅子、オットマンやカーテンを嫌い（というわけではない）」です。
, and everything else you put in her environment. で「（また）他の全てのもの、あなたが置いた、彼女の生活環境の中に」です。

She’s ripping these things to shreds で「彼女はこれらのものをズタズタに引き裂いている」です。
rip ～ で「～を引き裂く、もぎ取る、切り取る」です。
rip ～ to shreds で「（破片になるまで）ズタズタに引き裂く」という意味のコロケーションです。
shred は「小片、破片」です。
and ～「また～」
(She’s) keeping her claws in tip-top shape で「自分の爪を最高の状態に保っている」です。
in ～ shape で「～な状態に」という意味の言い回し。
例：in good shape「良好な状態」、in sad shape「悲惨な状態」
tip-top で「山頂、いただき」でそこから「最高の状態、極上」という意味です。
because ～「なぜなら～」
this is exactly what ～ で「これがまさに～したこと（だから）」
(what) her ancestors did in order to survive. で「彼女の祖先たちが生き残るためにした（こと）」
