で「成功か失敗かは、能力よりも姿勢しだいである。成功を収める人はすでに何かを達成したかのように、また何かを楽しんでいるかのように振る舞う。そしてそれはすぐに現実となるのだ。成功者のように行動し、装い、成功した気分で、適切に行動してみなさい。そうすれば驚くほどポジティブな結果が得られるだろう。」という意味になります。

Success or failure で「成功または失敗は」
depends more upon attitude で「より多く態度にかかっている」です。
depend upon ～ で「～にかかっている、～次第である」という意味の句動詞です。
than upon capacity. で「能力にかかっているよりも」です。
つまり、能力よりも態度のほうが重要である、といういことです。

Successful men act as though ～ で「成功する人はまるで～のように振る舞う」です。
act は「行動する、振る舞う」です。
as though ～ で「～であるように」
(as though) they have accomplished で「すでに成し遂げたかのように」です。
or ～「または～」
(as though they) are enjoying something.「何かを楽しんでいるかのように」です。

Soon it becomes a reality. で「すぐにそれは現実になるのだ。」
Act, look, feel successful, で「成功したようにふるまい、そのように装い、そのように感じなさい」です。
, conduct yourself accordingly, で「それに応じて適切に行動しなさい」です。
conduct oneself は直訳すると「自分を指揮する」ですので「行動する、立ち居振る舞う」という意味になります。
accordingly は「適切に、それに応じて」です。
命令形, and ～ の形で「～しなさい、そうすれば～だ」という意味になります。
and you will be amazed at ～ で「そうすればあなたは～に驚くことになるだろう」
the positive results. で「ポジティブな結果に」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
