で「私たちは民間企業と提携して、これらの販売員のうち誰が職を維持できるのか？ また、誰が一番稼ぐか？という問いを立てました。それら完全にばらばらな状況下でも、あるひとつの特徴が、顕著な成功の兆候として浮かび上がってきました。」という意味になります。

We partnered with private companies, で「私たちは民間企業と提携しました」です。
partner with ～ で「～と提携する、～と協業する」です。

asking, ～ で「～と問いを立てて」です。文構造は分詞構文ですね。
which of these salespeople is going to keep their jobs? で「これらの販売員のうち誰が職を維持できるのか？ 」です。
which of these salespeople で「これらの販売員たちの中でどの人が～？」です。
keep their jobs で「職を確保する」です。
つまり辞めたり解雇されたりしないで販売員という仕事を続けるということです。
And ～「また～」
who’s going to earn the most money? で「誰が一番お金を稼ぐか？」です。
earn money で「金を稼ぐ」です。

In all those very different contexts, で「それらの非常に異なった各状況下において」
context は「背景、状況」という意味。
one characteristic emerged で「ある一つの特徴が浮かび上がってきた」
as a significant predictor of success. で「顕著な成功の予兆として」です。
significant は「顕著な、意味のある、有意な」
predictor は「予測因子、予兆」です。
動詞形は predict プリ[ディ]クトゥで「予測する、予見する」
語源は pre-（先に）+ -dict（言う）です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

我々は民間企業と提携しました

asking,
～という問いを立てて

which of these salespeople
これらの販売員の内で誰が～

is going to keep their jobs?
職を維持することになるか？

And
また

who’s going to earn the most money?
