で「最も議論に疎い者でさえ、自らが『宗教』と呼ぶものによって思い上がってしまう。自分と異なる考えを持つ最も賢い人よりも自分のほうが賢いと思い込んでしまうほどに。」という意味になります。

Even the weakest disputant is ～ で「最も弱い議論者でさえも～だ」です。
disputant ディス[ピュ]ータントゥで「議論者、論争者」です。
動詞形は dispute ディス[ピュ]ートゥで「論争する、口論する、言い争う」です。
is made so conceited で「それほどまでに思い上がる」です。
make ～ conceited で「～を思い上がらせる」の受動態ですね。
conceited コン[スィ]ーティドゥで「（自分の能力などに）うぬぼれた、のぼせ上った、いい気になった」です。
例：with conceited eyes「うぬぼれた目で」
by ～「～によって」
(by) what he calls religion, で「彼が宗教と呼ぶもの（によって）」です。
, as to think ～ で「～と考えるほどまでに」です。
so ～, as to do … の形で「…するほど～だ」という意味になります。
