Today, I work in HR and last week we’d hired an apprentice for our repair shop. He was great. I spent $500 company dollars on his uniform. Later, he called me saying he had been offered a job paying $10 more an hour than what we were offering, as much as our experienced workers make. I either have to match it, or be out a helper. FML
で「今日、人事部で働いているのだが、先週、修理工場で働く見習いを雇った。彼はすごく良い人材だった。彼のために経費500ドルでユニフォームを購入した。その後で、彼は電話してきて、うちよりも時給で10ドルも高い仕事のオファーを受けたと言ってきた。それはうちの熟練工と同じ時給だ。私は今それと同等の時給を出すか見習いを失うかの二択に迫られている。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I work in HR で「私はHRで働いている」です。
HR は Human Resources の略で「人事部」です。
and ～「そして～」
last week「先週」
we’d hired an apprentice for our repair shop. で「ある見習いを雇っていた、修理店に」です。
we had hired ～ で「～を雇っていた」です。
apprentice アプ[レ]ンティスで「見習い、実習生」という意味になります。
repair shop は「修理店、修理工場」です。何の修理かは明言されていません。

He was great.「彼は（人材として）素晴らしかった。」
I spent $500 company dollars on his uniform. で「私は会社のお金500ドルを彼のユニフォームに費やした。」です。
spend ～ on … で「～を…に費やす」という意味のコロケーション。

Later,「その後」
he called me「彼は私に電話してきた」
saying (that) he had been offered a job で「彼は仕事のオファーを受けた、と言って」です。
offer a job で「仕事を提供する、仕事を与える」です。
どんな仕事かというと、
(a job) paying $10 more an hour than ～ で「～よりも時給10ドルも高く払う（仕事）」です。
an hour で「一時間で」という意味の副詞になっています。
例：three times an hour「一時間に3回」
(than) what we were offering, で「私たちが提供している仕事（よりも）」です。
, as much as our experienced workers make. で「（それは）うちの熟練した従業員が得るのと同等な（給料）」です。
as much as ～ で「～と同じくらいで、～と同等で」
make a salary で「給料をもらう、給与を得る」という意味のコロケーションになります。

I either have to match it, or be out a helper. で「私はそれと同じくらい払うか、見習いを失うかのどちらかしなければならない。」です。
either ～ or … で「～か…かのどちらか」という意味のコロケーションになります。
match it の it は、時給が10ドル高い他の会社からの仕事のオファーを指しています。
match ～ で「～に匹敵させる、～と釣り合わせる」です。
be out a helper で「見習いを一人失う」です。
be out ～ で「～を失った」という意味の口語表現になります。
例：My car broke down, and now I’m out a ride to work.「車が故障して、仕事に行く足を失った。」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
