Microsoft’s cloud computing and artificial intelligence business までが主語で「マイクロソフトのクラウドコンピューティングおよび人工知能事業」です。
cloud computing の cloud は雲の中にデータを保存するというイメージから来ており、分散型のストレージサービスを指します。
実際には「インターネット上のどこかにある多数のサーバー群」にデータが保存されていて、それを「雲の中」とイメージしているわけです。
artificial intelligence は略して AI とも呼ばれ「人工知能」です。
helped deliver $70.1 billion in sales で「売上701億ドルを上げるのに貢献した」です。
help do ～ で「～することに寄与する」という意味の言い回し。
deliver はいろいろな意味がある動詞ですが、ここでは「売り上げなどを上げる、成果を出す、出産する、産む」という意味になります。
例：deliver 5% interest「5%の利息を生む」、deliver results「成果を出す」、deliver a baby「赤ん坊を産む」
in sales で「売り上げにおいて」
売上高という意味では複数形 sales が使われます。
and ～「また～」
boosted profits by 18% で「利益を18％押し上げた」です。
boost ～ は「～を高める、押し上げる」
profits「利益」も sales と同じく複数形が使われます。
by ～ は「～分、～ずつ、〜の割合で」という意味で上げ幅・下げ幅を意味する前置詞です。
例：increase by 10%「10%増加する」
for the January–March quarter は「1月から3月の四半期において」です。
quarter は「四半期」、通常は1年を4つに分けた3か月単位の会計期間を指します。
この for は profits に繋がって、profits for ～ で「～の時期の利益」という意味のコロケーションです。

, a dose of relief for investors で「投資家にとってのひとときの安堵材料」です。
同格のカンマ（,）で区切られて名詞が続きますが、文法的には、
