The Nikko Toshogu Shrine で「日光東照宮」です。
shrine シュラインは「神社」という意味です。
is hosting a bonsai-related exhibition で「盆栽に関連した展示館を主催している」という意味になります。
host は「～を主催する」という意味の動詞です。
また「～を接待する、パーティーなどの主人役を務める」という意味があります。
～-related は「～関連の」という意味を作ります。
例：alcohol-related accident「飲酒関連の事故」
exhibition は「展示会、展覧会」です。
動詞形は exhibit イグ[ズィ]ビトで「展示する,見せる,表に出す」です。
mark the anniversary of ～ は「～を記念する、～を記念して祝う」という意味の言い回しです。
例：mark the 100th anniversary of the birth「誕生100周年を記念する」
mark は「印をつける」という意味の動詞ですね。
