FML で「今日、私は禁煙している。仕事に行く途中、前の車が彼のたばこを窓から弾き飛ばし、まっすぐに飛んで私の車に入ってきた。私の車のシートの底が発火した。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。 　 quit smoking cigarettes で「煙草を吸うのをやめる、禁煙する」という意味の表現です。 quit smoking だけでもOKです。 the car in front of me で「私の前の車」です。 in front of ～ で「～の前の、～の目の前の。面前の」という意味の言い回しです。 例：in front of everybody「みんなの目の前で」 flicked his out the window で「彼の（タバコ）を窓から弾き出した」です。 his は「彼の（タバコ）」です。he の所有代名詞ですね。 主格 he 所有格 his 目的格 him 所有代名詞 his です。 flick は「パシッと弾く」という意味の動詞です。 パシッ、サッ、ピシッという音の擬音動詞です。 out the window は「窓から外へ」という意味の言い回しです。 例：shoo a fly out the window「ハエを窓からシッシと追い出す」 flying straight into mine で「私の車の中にまっすくに飛んで」です。 mine は「私の車」です。I の所有代名詞です。 It set the bottom of my seat on fire で「それは私のシートの底に火を放った」です。 set on fire は「火を放つ、火をつける、放火する」という意味の慣用句です。
