appreciate アプ[リ]ーシエイト「本当にありがたく思う、感謝する、高く評価する」という意味の動詞です。
thank のフォーマルな表現としてよく使われます。
例：appreciate every day「毎日を大切にする、日々に感謝する」

dedication デディ[ケ]イションは「身を捧げること、専念すること、献身」という意味の名詞です。
動詞形は dedicate [デ]ディケイト「～を捧げる、専念する、打ち込む」です。
