accept claims for ～ 「～の要求に応じる」となります。
claim は 日本でもおなじみの「クレーム」ですが、ちょっとニュアンスが違います。
日本ではクレームというと「文句、不平」的な意味合いが強いですが、英語では「要求、申し立て、主張」的な意味合いで使われます。
