で「幸運にも、これら４つの頭文字で一つの単語をつづれます。その言葉は【hail】です。そしてそれはとても素晴らし意味も持っています。空から降ってきて頭にぶつかるアレではありませんよ。」という意味になります。

今回からは4つの話し方の要諦 HAIL です。

前回 four really powerful cornerstones「4つの力強い要諦」があると言っていました。
Fortunately, these things spell a word. の these things はこの4つのことを指しています。
spell a word で「一つの文字をつづります」となります。

その一つの文字とは
The word is “hail,” です。
and it has a great definition as well. で「そしてそれはとても素晴らしい意味もあります」です。
great definition で「素晴らしい意味、素晴らしい定義」です。
definition は「定義、言葉の意味」です。
例：look for its definition in a dictionary「辞書でその意味を調べなさい」
as well は「（さらに）～も」という意味の言い回しです。
hail ヘイゥは二つの definition がありますね。
一つは「歓迎する」という意味と、二つ目は「ひょう、あられ」という意味です。

I’m not talking about the stuff that falls from the sky and hits you on the head. で「私は空から降ってきて頭にぶつかるものについて話しているわけじゃない」です。
stuff は「もの」という意味の名詞です。
stuff that falls from the sky で「空から降ってくるもの」という意味です。
また、sfuff that hits you on the head で「あなたの頭にぶつかるもの」です。
hits you on the head で「あなたの頭にぶつかる」です。
体の部分に何かをする場合は、このように「人 on the 部分」という形になります。
例：gave him a kiss on the cheek「彼のほっぺたにキスをした」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
