art of ～ で「～の技術」という意味になります。
art は「美術・芸術」だけではなく「技術、学術、技能」全般を意味します。
indisputable は in + dispute + able で「議論の余地なしの」という意味になります。
dispute ディス[ピュ]ートゥで「議論する、論争する、異議を唱える」です。
in- は否定の意味の接頭語です。
