I’d like to suggest that there are four really powerful cornerstones, foundations, that we can stand on if we want our speech to be powerful and to make change in the world.
で「本当に力強い4つの基礎・土台があると提言したいと思います。それは私たちがもし、自分のスピーチを力強く世界に変化をもたらすようなものにしたいと望むならば、拠り所できるものです。」という意味になります。

前回までにリストアップしてきた「話者の7つの大罪（Seven Deadly Sins of Speaking）」を並べてきましたが、
今回からは4つの話し方の要諦です。

I’d like to suggest that ～ で「～ということを提案したい」です。

there are four really powerful cornerstones, foundations で「4つのとても力強い要石、基礎がある（ということ）」です。
cornerstone は「隅石、要石」という意味です。
建物を建てるときに、まずは四隅に石を置くことから来てます。
基礎・要点という意味で使われます。
foundation も「基礎、土台」という意味です。
動詞形は、found で「基礎を築く」です。

that we can stand on で「私たちが立脚できる、拠り所にできる（基礎）」です。
stand on は「～に立脚する、拠り所にする」という意味の句動詞です。

if we want our speech to be powerful and to make change in the world. で「もし自分たちのスピーチをもっと力強く、世界に変化をもたらすようにしたいなら」です。
want ～ to be で「～に…になってもらいたい」です。
例：I want you to be happy.「あなたには幸せになってもらいたい」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

4つの力強い要石、基礎があることを

that we can stand on
私たちが拠り所にできる

if we want our speech
もしスピーチを～にしたいと思うなら

to be powerful
