で「近年のミツバチのコロニーの世界的減少についてはたくさんの議論がなされてきた。ミツバチたちの死は、農作物に使われるネオニコチノイド農薬や、ミツバチヘギイタダニの増殖、気候変動の影響などの要素によるものだと専門家たちは言っている。」という意味になります。

There’s been plenty of debate about ～ で「～についての議論がたくさんあった」です。
There has been ～ の略ですね。
「これまでに～についてはたくさん議論されてきた」という意味です。
debate ディ[ベ]イトゥは「議論、論争」です。

何についての議論かというと、
about the global decline of honey bee colonies in recent years で「世界的なミツバチ共同体の減少について、近年の」です。
the global decline of ～ で「～の世界的な減少」です。
decline ディクラインは「減少、下落、下降」です。
honey bee colonies で「ミツバチのコロニー」です。
colony は「植民地」という意味でおなじみですが、この場合は「（動植物の）共同体、集団」という意味です。
例：ant colony「アリの巣」

with experts blaming the deaths on ～ で「（同時に）専門家たちはその死が～のせいだと言っている」です。
with ～ …ing の形で「（同時に）～が…している」という意味になります。
experts は「専門家たち」
the deaths とは「ミツバチたちの死」ですね。
blame ～ on … で「～が…のせいだと言う」という意味になります。
例：blame the failure on ～「失敗を～のせいにする」

何のせいにしているかといういと、
(on) factors such as ～ で「～などの要素のせいに」ですね。

どんな要素かというと、
the use of neonicotinoids on crops, the spread of varroa mites and the impact of climate change. で「農作物へのネオニコチノイド農薬の使用、ミツバチヘギイタダニの蔓延、そして気候変動の影響」です。
neonicotinoids とは殺虫剤・農薬の名前です。
crops は「農作物」という意味の名詞です。
varroa mites は「ミツバチヘギイタダニ」というダニの種類。
ミツバチの羽を変形させてしまうそうです。
mite マイトゥで「ダニ」です。
the impact of climate change で「気候変動の影響」です。
climate クライミトゥで「気候」という意味になります。
climate change は「気候変動」という意味で環境問題でよく使われる言葉ですね。
