ビル・ゲイツ氏によるTEDでのスピーチ「もし次の疫病大流行（アウトブレイク）が来たら？私たちの準備はまだ出来ていない」です。

In fact, let’s look at a model of a virus spread through the air, like the Spanish Flu back in 1918. So here’s what would happen: It would spread throughout the world very, very quickly. And you can see over 30 million people died from that epidemic. So this is a serious problem. We should be concerned.

And you can see over 30 million people died from that epidemic. So this is a serious problem. We should be concerned.
で「実際に、空気感染したウイルスの事例を見てみましょう。1918年のスペイン風邪の例です。はい、これは実際に起こりうることなのです。それは驚くほど速く全世界に広がります。3,000万人以上がその感染症で死亡したことが見て取れます。ですから、これは非常に重大な問題です。憂慮しておくべきことです。」という意味になります。

In fact, は「実のところ、実際には」という意味合いです。
事例を挙げて話の内容を補強したい時に使用します。

let’s look at ～「～を見てみましょう」
a model of a virus spread through the air で「あるウイルスのモデルを、空気感染で広がった（ウイルスの）」です。
a model of a virus で「あるウイルスの事例」です。
(that) spread through the air で「空気を通じて広まった（ウイルス）」です。
spread は過去形でも同形で spread となります。
過去・過去分詞形が変化しない動詞はそんなに多くないので、ぜんぶ覚えておくと後々便利ですよ。

like the Spanish Flu back in 1918. で「スペイン風邪のように、1918年の」です。
like ～ で「～のように」という意味の前置詞です。
Spanish Flu で「スペイン風邪」です。固有名詞なのでキャピタライズされてます。
back in 1918 で「1918年（までさかのぼって）の」です。

So here’s what would happen: で「さて、こちらが起こるかもしれないことです」です。
動画を観ると、世界地図が一瞬で赤く染まる映像が映されています。
what would happen で「起こること、起こる可能性があること」です。
この場合の would は仮定法的に「（もしそうなったら）起こるかもしれない（こと）」という意味合いです。

It would spread throughout the world very, very quickly. で「それは世界中に広まるだろう、とても速く」です。
spread throughout the world で「全世界に広まる」です。
throughout ～ で「～のいたる所に、あらゆる場所で、～の初めから終わりまで」という意味になります。

And you can see ～「そして～が見えるでしょう」です。
スクリーンに表示された TOTAL DEATHS の数を指して言っています。
(that) over 30 million people died from that epidemic. で「3000万人以上がその感染症で死んだ（のが）」
over 30 million people で「3000万人以上」です。
die from ～ で「～で死ぬ」となります。病気や災害・ケガなど死因が後に続きます。
例：die from a dog attack「犬に襲われて死ぬ」、die from a drug overdose「薬の過剰摂取で死ぬ」

So this is a serious problem. We should be concerned. で「これは重大な問題です。私たちは心すべきです。」です。
serious は「真面目な」という意味でも使われますが、ここでは「（問題・病気などが）重大な、深刻な」という意味になります。
例：serious disease「重病」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
