Today, it occurred to me that it’s not normal that I still fit into all my clothes from when I was in high school. I’m 24 and I haven’t outgrown any of my clothes since I was 12. FML
で「今日、ふと思った。今でも高校時代からの服が入るのは普通ではないと。私は今24歳で、12歳から服が小さくなって着られなくなったという経験がない。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

it occurred to me that ～ で「～ということがふと思い浮かんだ」という意味の言い回しになります。
occur オカーは「（偶然に）起こる、発生する、生じる、心に浮かぶ」という意味の動詞です。
occur to ～ で「～の心に浮かぶ」という意味です。
例：occur to someone’s mind「（人）の心に浮かぶ」

何が思い浮かんだかというと、
it’s not normal that ～ で「～ということは普通じゃない」ということです。
it ～ that … の構文が二重に連なっている珍しい形ですね。

どんな事が普通じゃないかというと、
(that) I still fit into all my clothes from when I was in high school. で「私がいまだに自分のすべての服にサイズが合う（ということ）、私が高校生の時からの（服に）」です。
fit into ～ で「サイズなどが合う、ぴったり収まる、（服などが）着られる」という意味です。
例：fit into one’s new class「新しいクラスになじむ」、He couldn’t fit into his pants.「彼はズボンが入りませんでした。」
all my clothes from when ～ で「～の時からの私のすべての服」です。
clothes で「服、衣服」という意味です。
この意味では単数形 cloth の形では使われず、常に複数形で使われます。
glasses「メガネ」や pants「パンツ、ズボン」と同じパターンですね。
また、clothes は発音もまぎらわしい単語です。
クロウズィズとはならず、クロウズという感じです。

I’m 24 and ～「私は24歳で～」

I haven’t outgrown any of my clothes で「私は自分の服より成長して大きくなったことがない」です。
outgrow で「～より大きく成長する、成長して～を抜かす」という意味の動詞です。
ここでは服ですので「成長して服が小さくなる」という意味です。
例：outgrow one’s coat「成長してコートが着られなくなる」、outgrow asthma「成長してぜんそくが治る」
since I was 12.「私が12歳のときから」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

it’s not normal that
～ということは普通ではないということが

I still fit into all my clothes
私がいまだにすべての自分の服が着られる（こと）
