My fellow Americans, we are made for this moment, and we will seize it — so long as we seize it together. For we, the people, understand that our country cannot succeed when a shrinking few do very well and a growing many barely make it.

で「アメリカ国民の皆さん、私達は今この時のためにここにいるのです。一丸となって挑む限り、私達はその好機を捉えることができるでしょう。なぜなら、我々国民は知っているからです。数少ない成功者たちがますますその数を減らし、成功できない者たちがさらにその数を増やすようでは、我々の国は成功できないと。」という意味になります。

My fellow Americans, で「アメリカ国民の皆さん」という意味の呼びかけです。
fellow は「同志、同輩、仲間」という意味合いです。

we are made for this moment, で「我々は、作られている、この時のために」です。
つまり、今のこの時のためにここにいる、ということです。

and we will seize it で「そして、我々はそれを手にするでしょう」です。
it は this time を指して「この時、この好機、この絶好のチャンス」です。
so long as we seize it together. で「我々がそれを共に掴む限りは、」です。
条件が付いて、一緒になってそれを掴むのであれば、という意味になります。
so long as　～ は、as long as ～ と同じ意味で「～する限りは、～であるならば」です。

For we, the people, understand that ～ で「というのも、私たち、国民は、～だということを理解しているから」です。
for ～ は「というのも～だから」という意味の接続詞です。

that節に入り、何を理解しているのかというと、
(that) our country cannot succeed で「我々の国は成功できない（ことを）」
when ～ で「～であるならば」です。
この when は if に近い意味で「～ならば、～であるばらば」です。
a shrinking few do very well and a growing many barely make it. で「数少ない成功者たちがますますその数を減らし、成功できない者たちがさらにその数を増やす（ならば）」です。
これは「拡大する貧富の差」のことですね。
a shrinking few do very well を直訳すると「先細りする数少ない者たちが大成功する」です。
a few は「数少ない者たち」という意味の名詞句になります。a few people と同じ意味です。
例：Almost all of them are from China while a few are from Japan.「そのほとんどが中国出身で、数人が日本出身である。」
do very well は「大成功する」という意味のイディオムです。
そして、
a growing many barely make it. で「ますます増える多くの者がほとんど成功できない」です。
先ほどの a shrinking few の逆で、a growing many で「ますます増える多くの者たち」です。
barely は「ほとんど～ない、辛うじて～する」という意味です。
肯定的にも否定的にも使えますが、ここでは否定的に「ほとんど～ない」にしています。
make it は「成功する、出世する、間に合う」という意味のイディオムです。
例：He made it really big as a singer.「彼は歌手として大成功しました。」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

My fellow Americans,
アメリカ国民の皆さん

we are made for this moment,
私達は今この時のためにここあるのです

and we will seize it —
そしてこの好機を掴むでしょう

so long as we seize it together.
一丸となって掴むのであれば

For
なぜなら

we, the people, understand that
私達国民は～だと理解しているから

our country cannot succeed when
我が国が成功できないと、～ならば

a shrinking few do very well and
ますます少なくなる数少ないものが大成功し

a growing many barely make it.
ますます増える多くの者がほとんど成功できない（のならば）
