で「今日、私は自分が会社中で『臭い女』と呼ばれていることを知った。今になってやっと私は理解できた。同僚たちによる受動攻撃的な清潔やシャワーなどについての遠回しな発言や、ある日ランダムにDialのボディウォッシュのボトルが自分の机の上に現れる理由がすべて理解できた。 F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I found out I’m the “smelly girl” in the office. で「私は自分が会社中で『臭い女』であることを知った」です。
found out (that) ～「～だということを知った、～だということが判明した」です。
smelly は smell の形容詞形で「臭い、悪臭を放つ、不快なにおいの」という意味です。

Now I understand ～ で「今、私は～を理解した」です。
all those ～「それら～のすべてを」

passive-aggressive subtle comments about hygiene and showering made by my coworkers が長いですが一つの名詞句で「受動攻撃的な遠回しな発言、衛生やシャワーなどについての、同僚たちによる（発言）」です。
passive-aggressive は「受動攻撃的な」という意味の形容詞です。
問題解決に取り組まなかったり、かたくなになったり、わざと能率を悪くしたりするなどの行動によって攻撃性を示す行為を指します。
subtle comments は「何気ないコメント、遠回しなコメント」です。
subtle サトォ「かすかな、繊細な、捉えにくい」といった意味の形容詞です。
例：a subtle beauty「繊細な美しさ」、subtle hint「何気ないヒント」、subtle flavor「ほのかな味」
made by my coworkers で「同僚たちによって言われた（コメント）」です。
make a comment で「コメントをする」という意味のコロケーションです。

and「また、そして」

why a bottle of Dial body wash randomly appeared on my desk one day. で「なぜDialのボディウォッシュボトルがランダムに自分の机に、ある日、現れたのか」です。
a bottle of Dial body wash「Dialのボディウォッシュボトル」です。
こんな感じの商品（香り付きのボディウォッシュ）です。

appear は「現れる、姿を現す」です。
