で「自然は、あらゆる時と季節に、それぞれ固有の美しさを与えている。そして朝から夜へ、そして生から死へもまた然り、その時の流れはあまりにも穏やかでなめらかな変化の連続であり、その進み具合を私たちはほとんど気づくことができないのだ。」という意味になります。

Nature gives to every time and season some beauties of its own で「自然は、あらゆる時と季節に、それぞれ固有の美しさを与えている」です。
to every time and season で「あらゆる時間と季節に」
some beauties of its own で「それ独自の美しさを」です。
普通なら gives ～ to … で「～を…に与える」ですが、ここではあえて逆になっています。
これは文語調・修辞的な書き方で、リズムを作るため、詩や散文でよく見られます。
; and ～「そして～」
from morning to night,「朝から夜まで」
, as from the cradle to the grave,「揺り籠から墓場までと同じく」です。
from the cradle to the grave は「ゆりかごから墓場まで、生まれた時から死ぬまで」という意味の決まり文句です。

it is but a succession of changes「それは単に変化の連続に過ぎない」です。
but は古い言い回しで「単に～に過ぎない（=only）」という意味になります。
a succession of changes で「変化の連続」
so gentle and easy で「あまりにも優しく緩やかな（変化の連続）」です。
so ～ that … で「あまりにも～で…だ」という意味になります。
(that) we can scarcely mark their progress. で「（あまりにも優しく緩やかなので）私たちはそれらの進展にほとんど気付けないのだ」です。
scarcely は「ほとんど～しない」です。（もしできたとしても）辛うじて～できる、という意味合い。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
