TED-Edより「先延ばし魔の頭の中はどうなっているか」です。

My behavior has always perplexed the non-procrastinators around me, and I wanted to explain to the non-procrastinators of the world what goes on in the heads of procrastinators, and why we are the way we are. Now, I had a hypothesis that the brains of procrastinators were actually different than the brains of other people.

Now, I had a hypothesis that the brains of procrastinators were actually different than the brains of other people.
で「私の行動はいつも、先延ばしをしない人たちを困惑させてきました。そこで私は、世界中の先延ばしをしない人たちに対して、先延ばしをする人たちの頭の中で何が起こっているのか、そしてなぜ私たちがこういう人間なのかを説明したいと思ったのです。私は、先延ばしをする人たちの脳は、他の人たちの脳とは実際に違っているのではないか、という仮説を立てました。」という意味になります。

My behavior has always perplexed ～ で「私の行動はいつも～を困惑させてきました」です。
perplex パープ[レ]クスで「～を困惑させる、～を混乱させる、戸惑わせる」です。
例：make a perplexed face「戸惑った顔をする」
(perplexed) the non-procrastinators around me, で「私の周りの先延ばしをしない人たち（を困惑させた）」です。
procrastinator で「先延ばしをする人、先延ばし魔」です。
non-procrastinators なので「先延ばしをしない人たち」ですね。
, and ～「そして～」
I wanted to explain「私は～を説明したかった」
to the non-procrastinators of the world で「世界中の先延ばしをしない人たちに」
what goes on in the heads of procrastinators, で「何が起こっているかを、先延ばしをする人の頭の中で」です。
go on は「起こる、発生する」という意味の句動詞。
例：I am not sure what is going on.「何が起こっているのかよくわからない。」
, and ～「また～」
why we are the way we are. で「なぜ私たちがこんな風なのかを（説明したかった）」です。
the way we are は「私たちがこんな風であること、自分たちの在り方」です。
例：Just The Way You are「素顔のままで (ビリー・ジョエルの曲)」

Now, I had a hypothesis that ～「さて、私は～という仮説を立てました」です。
hypothesis ハイ[パ]スィスィスで「仮説」です。
hypo-（下の・下に）+ thesis「論文」
どんな仮説かというと、
(that) the brains of procrastinators were actually ～ で「先延ばし魔の人々の脳は実際に～だ（という）」
different than the brains of other people. で「他の人々の脳とは違っている」です。
different than ～ で「～と違う」です。とくにアメリカ英語でよく使われる言い回しです。
different from ～ とも言えます。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

My behavior has always perplexed
私の行動は～をいつも困惑させてきました

the non-procrastinators around me,
私の周りの先延ばしをしない人たちを

and I wanted to explain
そして私は説明したいと思ったのです

to the non-procrastinators of the world
世界中の先延ばしをしない人たちに

what goes on in the heads of procrastinators,
先延ばしをする人の頭の中で何が起こっているのかを

and why we are the way we are.
そしてどうして私たちがこんな風なのかを

Now, I had a hypothesis that
