Fox はアメリカ合衆国のニュース専門放送局「FOXニュース」のこと。
undisputed で「議論の余地がない」という意味の形容詞。
un-（否定）+ disputed「議論される、争点となる」
Long the tribune of conservative America,「長きにわたって保守アメリカの擁護者であり続けて」です。
略さずに書くとするなら、
Fox has long been the tribune of conservative America. です。
分詞構文に直すと、
Having long been ～ となりますね。
tribune はもともとは古代ローマの「護民官」を指す言葉ですが、現代英語では「民衆の権利を守る者、あるいは特定の層の声を代弁する新聞・雑誌」という意味で使われます。
it has become so widely watched that ～ で「Foxは、～するほど広く視聴されるようになった」です。
it は Foxを指しています。
so ～ that … の構文になって「とても～で…するほどだ」です。
it is also the most popular cable-news channel among Democrats. で「Foxは民主党支持者の間でも最も人気のあるケーブルニュースチャンネルである」です。
Democrat で「民主党員、民主党支持者」です。対して「共和党支持者」は、Republican となります。
War has juiced viewership further. で「戦争がさらにその視聴者数を押し上げた。」です。
juice はここでは動詞として使われて「～にエネルギーを与える、燃料を供給する」という意味になります。
例：fully juiced mobile device「フル充電の携帯端末」
viewership は「視聴者数」です。
Yet ～「そうは言っても」
even in this commanding position, 「この支配的な地位にありながらも」
commanding position は軍事用語から来ている言葉で「（丘の上などの）見晴らしが良く、敵を制圧できる場所」という意味があります。
Fox exemplifies a problem で「Fox はある問題を体現している」です。
exemplify で「～を具現化する、～の良い例となる」
in the TV-news business.「TVニュース業における」
その問題とはつまり、
Viewership is booming, but ～「視聴者数は伸びているのに～」
mainly among boomers. で「（それは）主にベビーブーマー世代の中で（なのだ）」です。
boomer は baby-boomer の略で戦後のベビーブーム時に生まれた世代を指します。
日本でいうと「団塊の世代」ですね。
つまり、視聴者層が高齢化しており、若年者層にはあまり人気がない、ということですね。
