で「私はよく人にこう忠告します。『どこかの時点で、誰かがあなたにこう言うでしょう。“team という言葉の中に I はない” と。そのとき、あなたはこう言い返せばいい。“たしかに、そうかもしれない。でも independence（自立）、individuality（個性）、integrity（誠実さ）の中には I がある” と』」という意味になります。

I often warn people: で「私はよく人々にこう忠告します。」です。

“Somewhere along the way, で「この先、人生のどこかで」です。
along the way は「道の途中で」という意味のコロケーション。
someone is going to tell you,「誰かがあなたにこう言うだろう」
‘There is no “I” in team.’ で「team という言葉の中に I はない」と。
これは、スポーツ・会社・軍隊・学校などで個人よりチーム全体を優先するよう促すときに使われる決まり文句で、
team という言葉の中に、i という文字はない。
つまりteam にいるときは、自分ではなくチーム全体のことを考えなさい、という意味の警句ですね。
少し説教くさい決まり文句でもあります。
What you should tell them is, で「あなたが彼らに言うべきことは～だ」です。
つまり、こう言い返しなさい、ということです。
them は、’There is no “I” in team.’ と言ってきた人を指しています。

‘Maybe not. But ～「確かに（team の中に I は）ないかもしれない。でも～」
there is an “I” in ～「～の中には I がある」
(in) independence, individuality and integrity. で「自立心、個性、誠実さの中には」です。
independence は「自立、自立していること」です。
形容詞は、independent「自立した、独立した」
individuality は「個性、個別性、個人であること」です。
形容詞は、individual「個人の、個別の」
integrity は「完全であること、誠実さ、正直、高潔」です。
信念を曲げないこと、筋を通すこと、内側に一本筋が通っていて自分の良心や原則に反しないというニュアンスですね。
形容詞形は、integral「なくてはならない、不可欠の、完全にそろった」です。

上記以外に、よくある言い返しとしては、
There’s no “I” in team, but there is an “I” in win.「チームには I はないが、win の中には I はある。」
があります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
